I know this picture can look a little crazy...< So Here me out..... lol Yes, you will be putting activated charcoal on your teeth to whiten them. But, trust me. It works!! I will post a few of my close friends and family members before and after pictures below. All of these are just after a 5 minute scrub!

First step is to buy activate charcoal, any brand is fine. This is what I found on amazon.

Break the capsule in the bowl and use your wet toothbrush to scoop the powder up and start brushing. :}

Swoosh it around in your mouth to also help with bad breath.

It leaves your teeth feeling extra clean white. Activated charcoal removes staining caused from coffee, teas and cigarettes. This will work better, cost less, and is all natural in comparison to store bought whitening strips. It wont have any extra chemicals that are found in your store bought strips.

So far everyone that has used it has seen a difference after the 5 minute scrub. But I recommend making this a weekly habit to get your teeth whiter and to maintain the whiteness once achieved. I hope y'all will try it out..
