Avocados don’t just taste great, they are also good for your body and great for your hair! So today we are talking about a beauty guru’s secret weapon and one of the easiest deep conditioning hair mask recipes in any beauty arsenal, avocado and honey deep conditioning hair mask.
To get started you obviously need an avocado, but you might as well pull out a few more so you can make yourself some yummy guacamole to munch on while you let the mask sit in your hair. It’s a two-for-one!
Instructions For Avocado & Honey Deep Conditioning Hair Mask

* Slice the avocado in half, pit, then scoop out the inside flesh into a large
mixing bowl.
* Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil (I prefer coconut oil).
* Add 2 tablespoons organic raw honey. Mix together until smooth.
* Apply to hair. Put on a shower cap.
* Let sit for 60 minutes. Meanwhile munch on some fresh guacamole with tortilla chips!
* Rinse!
